China Sustainable Energy Program (CSEP)

Terra Preta Solutions is performing multiple contracts for this largest NGO in China. Services include organizational development, cross-cultural training, executive coaching:

Design, collection, analysis, recommendations and reporting for organizational evaluation during rapid-growth phase.
Cross-cultural training participatory sessions for regional summit of international stakeholders.
On-going executive coaching for deputy director.

The China Sustainable Energy Program (CSEP; http://www.efchina.org/) serves as the China arm of the Energy Foundation (http://www.ef.org/home.cfm) as an energy policy NGO providing outreach to China's government and policy research institutions. CSEP awards grants and takes direct initiatives in eight areas: Low-Carbon Development Paths, Transportation, Renewable Energy, Electric Utilities, Buildings, Industry, Environmental Management, and Sustainable Cities. Since 1999 CSEP has invested over $60 million in China including over 400 grants and projects in 19 provinces.

Infrastructure manufacturing:

Terra Preta Solutions provided on-site compliance consultancy for a US$3 million per annum infrastructure protection manufacturing facility. Services included:

Upgrading internal standards, systems and policies
into compliance and provide accountability for implementation

Manufacturing project management, client liaison:
