Chris Thorpe has worked in China for over 17 years in urban and rural contexts, in environmental engineering, relief & development and manufacturing. Before coming to China he had over 10-years of environmental work experience from the US. He has a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Penn State and M.S. in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia. His passion is to seek the welfare of communities and together develop solutions that are sustainable and replicable. |

Shelton Cui has over 12 years experience working in international companies in General Manager and Business Development management roles. His leadership experience covers team organizing and leading and developing and marketing campaigns in manufacturing and in the development of different types of products in diverse business settings. These settings include industrial controls, Electrical/Mechanical assemblies and wireless telecommunications. His passion is leading effective multi-cultural teams and client communication environments to sustainable and profitable operations. |

James Li has over 12 years of Finance and Marketing management experience in China, US and Canada. He has worked with United Technologies, Cummins, Rogers Communication and China Telecom, with solid hand-on experience of strategy and business development, finance management, marketing, and risk management. He graduated from Purdue University with MBA degree major in Finance and Operations. In 2000 he was awarded as a 'Top Young Entrepreneur' in China and once worked as Director of Young Entrepreneur Association. His passion is to create value not only for the shareholders but for society as well believing that corporations need to take their responsibilities to generate more 'Green GDP'. |

Ben Hopwood has 8 years of experience in China and a work background in strategic sustainable operations and lean manufacturing methodologies. He has a B.S. From Georgia Tech in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Tsinghua University and MIT Sloan. He is passionate about seeing holistic and innovative solutions applied in ways that results in positive life change within whole communities.
